A winter storm looks to replace some of the snow we lost for parts of New England and then some. Snow has already started to fall but is expected to pick up quite a bit overnight. This will include locations that have rain this morning, even ending as snow all the way to Cape Cod on Monday.

In all, the storm is expected to drop a few inches to just about a foot of snow on the high-side. The snow will also be a bit heavy and wet so don’t expect any champagne powder with this one…

The big winners for snowfall will likely be for resorts in the Berkshires, southern Green Mountains, the Monadnock region of SW New Hampshire, and Worcester County in Massachusetts.
